The smoother the prep, the smoother the build. Ideally, yes, having your products, content, and assets ready allows us to stay on track with your timeline. If you’re not there yet, that’s where our add-on services come in. We can fully support you in developing the content, copy, or branding you need before we start the build phase.

We do our best to iron out your full scope during the initial planning phase so we can keep your project on track. If something new comes up along the way, we’ll review it, quote it separately, and adjust the timeline as needed before moving forward.

Once all of your content and assets are finalized, most projects take 4 to 8 weeks to complete depending on the scope. We require a 50% deposit to reserve your project start date, with the remaining balance due upon completion. For larger projects, we can discuss flexible payment plans during onboarding.

Yes. After we launch, we walk you through your store so you feel fully confident managing orders, products, and backend operations. You’ll also receive 14 days of post-launch support for any quick fixes or questions as you get comfortable inside Shopify. If you’d like additional ongoing support after that, we offer retainers for maintenance, updates, and ongoing optimization.
